The Clemson Tigers will play the Boston College Eagles on Saturday but they will do so without their star quarterback. According to Mike Garafolo, quarterback Trevor Lawrence has tested positive for COVID-19. The school announced that he will miss this weekend's game against Boston College. Lawrence will have to isolate for 10 days according to the ACC rules. The potential number one overall pick is having a Heisman like season throwing for 1,833 yards, 17 touchdowns and just two interceptions

The Tigers will have to lean on senior running back Travis Etienne, who has rushed for 522 yards and eight touchdowns this season, to carry the offensive load. It is unclear whether Lawrence will ready to go next week for their big showdown in South Bend vs Notre Dame.
